I understand that this is a contest, and while I may not achieve the title I hope for, I will handle the outcome with poise, grace, and dignity. Any disappointment I feel will not define me, and I will wholeheartedly congratulate the winner. I commit to upholding the highest standards of grace and sportsmanship throughout the entire event and beyond, including after crowning. This goes for my family and cheering section.
Additionally, I understand the team will be very tired after crowning, and the ballroom must be cleared immediately to allow for teardown and loading. If I have any questions, I agree to wait at least 15 days before reaching out to the staff. Please do not message, email, or call prematurely—this waiting period is non-negotiable.
If you have a history of inappropriate behavior, such as causing a scene at other events or engaging in negativity, gossip, or unkindness toward contestants, this is not the event for you.
Contestant Responsibility and Liability:
By submitting this application, I affirm that I am a natural born female and will compete as such. If participating in the Teen and Miss categories, I have never been married nor have I ever had a child. I assure that I possess exemplary character, uphold strong morals, and commit to maintaining these standards throughout my title tenure. Additionally, I declare that I have not been convicted of any felony. I am a legal resident and citizen of the city, state, heritage, or national title that I will represent.
I acknowledge that this pageant operates with a heart for community service, humanitarian and community outreach focus.
Having fully understood and willingly accepted all associated risks, I hereby release, waive, relinquish, and discharge Miss Tourism Pageants, including its officers, directors, managers, officials, trustees, agents, employees, or other representatives, as well as their successors and assigns, from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, expenses, rights, and causes of action of any kind or nature, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen (collectively referred to as "Damages"). This release pertains to any incidents that may occur while I or my child are present on any Miss Tourism Pageant event premises or using its services, encompassing personal injuries, death, disease, property losses, or any other form of loss.
I am aware that all payments made to Miss Tourism Pageants and its events are non-refundable and non-transferable according to the Miss Tourism Terms of Service. I understand that ALL fees paid to the Miss Tourism Pageant are non-refundable. I further understand a payment is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice.
I willingly agree to accept an open appointed title with the conditions specified in the Miss Tourism Pageant, including its pageants and events, Eligibility, Code of Conduct, Rules, and Terms and Title Agreement, all of which I have read and consented to.
Titleholders will be expected to take their role as brand ambassadors for Miss Tourism Pageant seriously and represent with class and elegance. All Barrers of the crown of stars will fulfill their duties with dedication and professionalism. Their primary responsibilities include referring others to enter, promoting their title, endorsing MTPO (Miss Tourism Pageant Organization), representing MTP (Miss Tourism Pageant), representing the sponsors of MTPO, serving as positive role models, and actively engaging in community service through MTP. Titleholders will put this title above any other as the most important, this ensures that the titleholder will make time and honor her commitment with the Miss Tourism Pageant Organization and uphold the prestige of their title. Delegates are expected to attend pageant-related events, community functions, parades, charity initiatives, and other activities while wearing the MTPO crown and sash to promote their title.
Delegates will be responsible for booking their appearances and making necessary travel arrangements, with the state and national offices offering opportunities for bookings when available.
Miss Tourism Pageant reserves the right to deny entry at its discretion. I hereby confirm that I have read and agreed to all eligibility requirements, code of conduct, and rules published on the Miss Tourism Pageant website. Furthermore, I understand that Miss Tourism Pageant will not be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, or losses incurred at any time during my representation, including events before, during, or after the pageant in which I participate. As a Titleholder/Contestant, I certify and consent that Miss Tourism Pageant along with its affiliates, have permission to use photographs and video footage for publicity purposes with no limit.
