Miss Tourism Payment Arrangements to compete at Finals:

  1. There are no refunds or transfer of fees for any reason, up to and including death. 

  2. You must complete a payment once every 30 days.  $25.00 charge each and every 10 days late.

  3. You will choose the payment arrangement you wish to have minimum payment must be $100 or more. 

  4. All payments must be complete May 1, 2025.

  5. We will send your Invoice for your payment arrangement once we receive this form. 

  6. This form is for payment arrangements you will have to fill in a registration form to compete in finals April 1, 2025.

By submitting the form, I hereby acknowledge that the contest has the right to reproduce photo submissions for publicity and promotional purposes and I relinquish any claim for financial reimbursement other than those contained herein.  I am releasing the contest of all copyright infringements and giving permission to have photo/photos reproduced as the contest chooses. If under 18 years of age this form must be submitted by a parent or guardian.
