How Does
The Miss Tourism Pageant Work?
Miss Tourism Pageant
To compete for the title of Worlds Miss Tourism, and the Optional title of International Miss Tourism, a contestant must have won a live, in-person Regional or State Miss Tourism Pageant.
If no live event is held in your area, you may apply as an appointed State Titleholder. Judges are unaware of whether a contestant participated in a live event or was appointed. All Appointed Worlds Miss Tourism State titles will pay a $35.00 application fee and $295.99 Sponsorship fee or $135.00 deposit at time of form submission. All contestants must pay their Competition Package Sponsor fee to compete at finals in the amount of $695.00 or payments may be arranged, beginning 60 days after final payment is made on the initial sponsor fee/title fee.

New for 2026 title holders- Once you enter as an appointed title holder the World Headquarters will send your "Welcome Packet" via email. Your welcome packet will contain everything you need to get started. And later the Tourism Pageant Competition Packet. This will give detailed information about the actual competition in July to include dates and location of venue. State Holders your State Directors will email your packet. both usually within 24hrs of entering

Worlds Miss Tourism Pageant - The Premier Title!
The 2025 World Miss Tourism event will take place in Nashville, Tennessee, from July 31 to August 3. It features eight age categories, each offering incredible opportunities.

Areas of Competition
Contestants compete in Interview, Evening Gown, Costume, and Photogenic. Top 5 in Miss, Teen, and Jr. Teen divisions will have an on-stage question (TBA).
If you win, please plan to stay over on August 3 for your cameo photos and a meeting about your reign.
International Miss Tourism Pageant
The 2025 International Miss Tourism Pageant will run alongside the Worlds Miss Tourism and All-American Miss Tourism events from July 31 to August 3 in Nashville, Tennessee.
This pageant crowns winners in eight age categories, open to entries for this optional event.

What are Optional Events?
Optional events allow contestants to earn extra recognition, though they’re not required for winning a Beauty Title.
Worlds Miss Tourism Grand Supreme Optionals
The Grand Supreme Optionals offer contestants a unique chance to showcase their talents with six optional events. Only four are needed to qualify for Grand Supreme in your age category, but you can compete in all six or just try a few.

What’s the next step after I understand the competition?
Simply ENTER, either participate in a live State Pageant or, if one isn’t available, you can qualify through an appointed state title.
Once entered, you’ll receive an Information Packet via email.
For questions, reach out to your state pageant director. If no response within 24 hours, contact info@misstourismpageants.com.
For Appointed Titleholders:

Enter via the online form and make your payment (full or deposit).

After entering, you'll receive a Welcome Packet with details for your reign and the World Pageant.

Once the minimum payment is made, we’ll order your crown and sash (which may take up to 8 weeks to arrive).

Do not schedule anything until your crown and sash are in hand—patience is key!

When ready, we’ll ship both together in a plain box.
Feel free to create a social media page with your title (e.g., “Tourism Ohio Miss 26”) and use a profile photo in your crown and sash. Email links to info@misstourismpageants.com.
Remember, your page should focus on your Miss Tourism journey, with most photos in your crown and sash.
