WORLDS MISS TOURISM AGE GROUP WINNER REQUIREMENTS

NON-COMPETE CLAUSE- Worlds Miss Tourism Age group/Grand Supreme winners will be required to sign a one-year contract that prohibits them from competing in any other “like” pageant for the duration of their reign. If a world winner has the desire to enter a school/fundraiser/community pageant, they must get written permission from the World Headquarter office before entering/participating. Worlds Miss Tourism Age Group Winners cannot compete in the upcoming Worlds Miss Tourism pageant. 

Worlds Miss Tourism Age Group and Grand Supreme winners may sign up to compete in the following year. They will sign up at a discounted rate and can sign up anytime during their reign. However must be signed up by April 1, of the pageant year they will give up their title. 

Under Contract: Worlds Miss Tourism Age Group Winners – Expectations & Guidelines

To honor your title as a Worlds Miss Tourism Age Group Winner, you agree to uphold the following responsibilities and represent the Miss Tourism brand with excellence:

Official Rules and Regulations of the Miss Tourism Pageant Organization

By registering to participate and compete in the Miss Tourism Pageant, you acknowledge, accept, and agree that you have read and will abide by the following rules and regulations. You also agree to the statements and guidelines outlined in the Miss Tourism Contestant-Parent Agreement and Title Guidelines.

Divisions (Age as of July 1st of the national pageant):

  • PRINCESS: Ages 5–8

  • JR. PRETEEN: Ages 7–9

  • PRETEEN: Ages 10–12

  • JR. TEEN: Ages 13–15

  • TEEN: Ages 16–18

  • MISS: Ages 19–26

  • MS.: Ages 27–49 – Single, widowed, or divorced, with or without children

  • MRS.: Ages 21+ – Married, with or without children

  • CLASSIC MS.: Ages 50+ – Marital and parental status not considered

 

Residency Requirements: Contestants must live, work, or attend school in the state/region they wish to represent unless otherwise approved by the Executive Director of the Miss Tourism Pageant Organization.

Eligibility Guidelines:

  • Ms. and Classic Ms. divisions may include single, widowed, or divorced individuals, with or without children.

  • The Mrs. division is for married contestants, with or without children.

  • All other divisions must be single, never married, and have never given birth. Titleholders must remain unmarried and not become pregnant during their reign.

  • Contestants must be natural-born females.

  • Contestants must be in good health and of strong moral character.

  • Contestants must not have been convicted of a felony.

Commitment to the National/World Pageant: By accepting a state or regional title, contestants commit to attending and competing in the full National or World Miss Tourism Pageant event as scheduled.

Financial Responsibilities:

  • Contestants are responsible for all payments and fees associated with their participation.

  • All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstance.

  • A $60 NSF/ISF fee applies to returned checks. This must be resolved within 5 days or the contestant forfeits eligibility.

  • The registration fee of $545.99 is due by April 1. Contestants are encouraged to plan ahead, save, or fundraise.

Code of Conduct:

  • Contestants must not pose for any media involving nudity or pornography.

  • Employment in the adult entertainment industry is prohibited.

  • Unsportsmanlike behavior, bullying, or drama from contestants, family members, or guests will result in immediate disqualification without refund.

  • Contestants and their families may not approach judges at any time.

  • Slandering of the Miss Tourism Organization or affiliates is strictly prohibited.

  • Do not approach staff regarding scores or placements immediately after the national event. Staff will be focused on teardown and event closure. Questions may be directed to the appropriate channels after the event concludes.

  • No one is permitted to print or produce items using the Miss Tourism name, title, logos, or branding. Official merchandise is only available through the Miss Tourism Shop. Proceeds support scholarships.

Crown & Sash Representation:

  • Worlds Miss Tourism winners may not be photographed wearing other pageant crowns or sashes during their reign. Your Tourism title should always come first in public appearances.

Social Media Conduct:

  • Queens and their parents/guardians must maintain a professional and respectful presence on social media, reflecting the integrity of the brand.

State Pageant Participation:

  • Worlds Miss Tourism winners are required to attend their state finals the following season. Additional appearances are encouraged.

Appearance Standards:

  • All Miss Tourism appearances require a polished and professional image—appropriate attire, makeup, and presentation are expected.

Finals Weekend Attendance (Following Year):

  • Winners must attend the entire Finals weekend the following year to crown their successors and fulfill their duties. Prizes will be awarded after a completed reign.

Scholarship Eligibility Requirements:

  • Scholarships are only awarded if 25 or more contestants compete in a division.

  • Winners must stay active throughout the year, participating in appearances and challenges.

  • Winners must return the next year to crown their successor to receive scholarship funds.

  • Full attendance and engagement are required for Finals the following year.

Media & Promotion: By participating, contestants and parents/guardians grant permission for the use of photos, videos, and recordings in all media for promotional purposes by the Miss Tourism Organization.

Honesty & Integrity: All information submitted must be truthful and accurate. Misrepresentation may result in disqualification without refund.

Miss Tourism Pageant Organization Rights:

  • The Organization may deny any individual from competing or representing a title at its discretion.

  • Worlds Miss Tourism and Grand Supreme winners must sign a titleholder contract, which includes a no-compete clause.

  • Holding another title during your reign without approval may result in disqualification and forfeiture of all prizes.

  • The Organization is not responsible for forfeited sponsor prizes.

  • All awards, prizes, and scholarships are subject to change without notice.

Event Changes & Agreement: The Organization reserves the right to change dates, locations, and event details at its discretion.

Participation in any Miss Tourism event signifies your agreement to these rules and to the Contestant-Parent Agreement and Title Guidelines. Rules may be updated at any time without notice.
