Events At Finals Choose all that you will compete in ( Due April 1, 2025 is the Registration Fee. Due Dates for optionals will be on the payment page.

If you added National All-American Miss Tourism-

During registration you will turn in your head and shoulders photogenic photo (no crown or sash). And you will compete in Patriotic- red-white and or blue costume. This will be before State Costume-Don't worry you will have time to change.

Acknowledgements:

I acknowledge the person filling in this form is 18 or older or a Parent or Legal Guardian.

I willingly acknowledge that I have applied to compete for the World / National pageant.

Adhere to all deadline to avoid mandatory late fees. It is either in on time or it is not.

I acknowledge that fees paid to the Miss Tourism Pageant Organization are non-refundable, non transferrable under any circumstance.

I acknowledge that if I withdraw from competing at the World/National Finals for any reason. I understand that all fees paid to the Miss Tourism Pageant Organization are non refundable and non transferrable.

I understand that I am responsible for arranging my own travel and lodging, as well as covering any expenses at any Miss Tourism Pageant.

I acknowledge that should I win a World /NationalTitle, I will not wear or be photographed in any crown other than the official crown of the Miss Tourism Pageant Organization while wearing my Miss Tourism Pageant Organization title sash. Similarly, I agree that I will not wear or be photographed in any sash other than the official sash of the Miss Tourism Pageant Organization while wearing my official Miss Tourism Pageant Organization crown.

At no time will a contestant alter their Miss Tourism Pageant Organization sash or crown after receiving it.

I am responsible for keeping my sash clean and my crown in good repair during my reign. Crowns should be secured so they do not fall off during an appearance. Some Sew them on, others use a ton of clip some have their crowns fitted with crownclips.com

I acknowledge that I agree to forever hold the Miss Tourism Pageant Organization, its directors, employees, volunteers, affiliated entities, sponsors, and staff members harmless from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities due to theft, accident, loss, illness, or injury during or resulting from my participation or my child's participation in the Miss Tourism Pageant Organization National Pageant or any Miss Tourism Pageant Organization Preliminary, State, Regional Programs, activities.
