Do you currently live in a state without a Miss Tourism Pageant Organization state event? Here’s your chance to proudly represent your state all year long as Miss Tourism Pageant Organization State Royalty!

The Miss Tourism Pageant Organization is one of the premier pageants for young women, and we’re excited to invite you to join our community! Although we don’t currently offer a state program in your area, you can still participate through our Appointed Representative Program.

As a selected State Queen, you’ll earn the opportunity to compete at the Worlds Miss Tourism Pageant, for the esteemed Title of the Miss Tourism Pageant Organization in your age division. Plus, you’ll have the chance to compete for additional International Titles and create unforgettable memories along the way. Simply Apply below.

Contestants must submit a $35.00 Application Fee and her Sponsorship fee of $295.99 or a $100.00 deposit at time of submission of this form. Payment is to be made upon submission of your Appointed title form.

NOTE: If you won a LIVE 2026 State Pageant, no need to complete this form—you are already automatically registered as a State Title Holder.

Information for deadlines will be in your Guidebooks. Missing deadlines makes things difficult for planning. There will be late fees for turning in anything past any deadline

I acknowledge that fees paid to the Miss Tourism Pageant Organization are non-refundable, non transferrable under any circumstance.

I acknowledge that if I withdraw from Finals for any reason, I will not receive a refund for any fees paid. I understand that all fees paid to the Miss Tourism Pageant Organization are NON-REFUNDABLE, in full or in part, under any circumstances. Non-refundable fees include, but are not limited to, entry fees, advertising fees, pageant admission tickets, guest meal fees, and any other fees paid to the Miss Tourism Pageant Organization by anyone, including contestants, sponsors, and advertisers.

I understand that I am responsible for arranging my own travel and lodging, as well as covering any expenses at the World/National Miss Tourism Pageant.

I acknowledge that I will not wear or be photographed in any crown other than the official crown of the Miss Tourism Pageant Organization while wearing my Miss Tourism Pageant Organization title sash. Similarly, I agree that I will not wear or be photographed in any sash other than the official sash of the Miss Tourism Pageant Organization while wearing my official Miss Tourism Pageant Organization crown.

At no time will a contestant alter their Miss Tourism Pageant Organization Sash or crown after receiving it.

I am responsible for keeping my sash clean and my crown in good repair during my reign. Crowns should be secured as not fall off during an appearance.

I acknowledge that I agree to forever hold the Miss Tourism Pageant Organization, its directors, employees, volunteers, affiliated entities, sponsors, and staff members harmless from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities due to theft, accident, loss, illness, or injury during or resulting from my participation or my child's participation in the Miss Tourism Pageant Organization National Pageant or any Miss Tourism Pageant Organization Preliminary, State, Regional Programs, activities.

I acknowledge that I give permission to the Miss Tourism Pageant Organization to use my/the entrant's photographs, speeches, testimonials, videos, and other materials for publicity purposes and future content without compensation.
