Your costume will reveal something unknown yet extraordinary about where you’re from! The story sets you apart. This is a WOW competition. Go big, extravagant, as you emerge to deliver your well memorized 30 to 45 speech tying your costume to your unknown.
If competing for All-American Miss Tourism your Costume will be Red, White and or Blue, something not well known about America and should still be a wow costume.
