Nothing Changes for the 2025 year:
Due dates will be found in your guide books. If you have your crown and sash photo please email it to info@misstourismpageants.com
*State Directors are responsible for getting the necessary documents to World headquarters within 7 days of you event.
A. Official Application – Due immediately.
B. Deposit – Due within 24 hours of acceptance. Remaining payments are due according to the agreed-upon payment schedule dates.
C. Titleholder Contract – Due within 24 hours of acceptance.
D. Supporting Documents for World Finals – Bring the following with you:

Copy of birth certificate, naturalization, or permanent resident card.

Copy of driver’s license or identification card.

Final divorce decree (for any previously married MISS & MS contestants).

Marriage license (for MRS contestants).
E. Ad Page Artwork/Fees/Forms – Submit as soon as ready, no later than six weeks prior to the pageant.

F. Headshot Professional Photo (without sash and crown) – Due no later than April 1 of the pageant year.
G. Any Other Requested Documents – As specified by World Headquarters.
